The Holiday Lights Spectacular is once again going to fill Turner Park with the sights & sounds of the Holidays. To make the most out of your visit, we’ve put together a complete itinerary for you.
The Holiday Lights Spectacular runs every Thursday through Sunday, November 26, 2016 through January 1, 2017.
Find your way to the giant tree in Farnam Court. Decked out in thousands of lights, this tree has made its way into dozens of holiday cards over the years. (Share your photo on Instagram with #MyMidtown and we’ll be sharing our favorites throughout the season!)
Stroll over to Cold Stone Creamery / Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory or Delice European Bakery for a fix to your chocolate craving. Whether it’s a creamy hot chocolate from Delice, or a smooth Peanut Butter Bucket at Cold Stone/ Rocky Mountain, you’ll be happy you went.
Get to the park for the start of the show!
Take in the sights and sounds of the holiday season as classic tunes and colorful lights excite your senses!
On select nights, a group of children will “flip the switch” to start the Holiday Lights Spectacular. The cute kids will be representing a few of Omaha’s favorite non-profits, including Child Saving Institute, Girls, Inc & Teammates. For a complete schedule, click here!
Celebrate the spirit of the holidays as you warm up with a craft cocktail or whiskey-by-the-ounce at Grane.
PRO-TIP: The best place to see the show is from the middle of the park. Not only can you can see all three buildings perfectly, you’ll also have a superb view of the rooftop moving lights!
Come to Midtown Crossing for the third annual Holiday Lights Spectacular. Whether you are having a night out with a loved one, taking the kids on a holiday outing, or just going out with your friends, it’s the best way to celebrate the season! It’s waaaaaaay better than driving around in your car to see the lights.
