Class A Office Suites Coming to Midtown Crossing

Against the backdrop of midtown Omaha’s shifting needs and wants, approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of Class A professional office suites are coming to the urban core.

“Commercial real estate is dynamic and continues to adapt to the demands of the community. Right now, Class A inventory east of 72nd Street is fairly low. Midtown Crossing has the unique ability to be nimble and meet those demands,” said Connor Lund, a senior associate with Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company. 

Branded “The Offices at Turner Park,” the fully-furnished, turnkey spec suites – six in all – will be located on the ground level of Midtown Crossing’s Building 5 at 120 S. 31st Ave. 

Available for lease, the contemporary suites will range from 2,000 to 3,600 sq. ft. and encompass 2-3 offices, a reception area, kitchen, conference room and collaborative “bullpen” workspace. He anticipates buildouts will be complete and businesses can start moving into The Offices at Turner Park as early as summer 2021. Tenants have the opportunity to help customize the space to their needs and culture.
