Creating a Foundation to Serve the Public Need
The Omaha Police Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization working to ensure Omaha officers have the training and equipment they need to prevent crime, save lives and make Omaha a safer city. Over the past 16 years, the Foundation has raised nearly $4 million in grants, donations and in-kind contributions to support a variety of initiatives including the purchase of vital equipment, officer recruitment and training programs, community relations and officer recognition.
