CRAVE, one of the fastest growing restaurant concepts in Minneapolis, is expanding its fresh, vibrant and contemporary American fare and sushi into the Omaha market within the next six months.
Specializing in an extensive menu at a reasonable price point, CRAVE menu items range from a full sushi bar and certified Angus beef to wood-fired pizzas, pastas and salads. The Midtown Crossing at Turner Park location is the fifth CRAVE restaurant to open across the Midwest and will encompass 8,300 square feet facing Turner Park on 31st Avenue.

CRAVE opened its first location at the Galleria in Edina, Minn., in 2007. In 2009, it added two more Minneapolis area locations at Mall of America and The Shops at West End in St. Louis Park. Accolades for the restaurant include “Best New Restaurant” in 2008 by the readers of Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and recent recognition as “one of the Twin Cities’ success stories” by the Minneapolis Star Tribune. In addition to entering the Omaha marketplace this summer, CRAVE is planning to open in Orlando in April and will add another location by the end of 2010. CRAVE also is planning to enter at least three additional markets in 2011, and is considering locations on the East Coast and additional locations in Florida.
