» What Is The Outdoor Market at Midtown Crossing?

» The upscale Outdoor Market is one of the many ways Midtown Crossing is celebrating the revival and expansion of Turner Park.

The weekly event, which debuts on Saturday, May 28 (Memorial Day weekend), will be fresh and fun, classy but relaxed. What it won’t be is your “typical” farmer’s market. Designed to cater to a sophisticated taste, we’re harvesting the best of the long-standing farmer’s market tradition and combining it with a variety of novel offerings -- from top-notch coffee to fresh produce and live entertainment.

The Outdoor Market will run every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to Noon through September 3 (Labor Day weekend). The Outdoor Market is located in the heart of Midtown Crossing on the east side of Turner Park.

» What Makes Us Unique?

» Not only can you welcome the weekend by visiting your favorite local produce vendors, this sophisticated yet laid back environment will be ideal for relaxing and simply enjoying the destination. Stop at the coffee bar; enjoy a pastry with a side of fresh air; read the paper or soak up some acoustic guitar. Pick out a fresh flower arrangement or plant and learn what you can do at home to “go green.” Additional weekly “specials” include:

  • Cook-offs
  • Recipe sharing
  • Local musicians & bands
  • Family days with face painting, magicians & balloon artists
  • Meet and Greet with local Omaha athletes

» Why Are We Giving Back to the Community?

» We all live in Omaha, too. We are proud of the community and committed to being good neighbors. We also applaud those working to improve the quality of life here. That’s why, each week, we’ll be inviting a different, featured non-profit organization to share its message and raise awareness about its very worthy cause.

» What Was the “Where & When” Again?

» The Outdoor Market will be held in Turner Park, 31st Ave. and Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68131. The market will run every Saturday 9 am - noon, May 28th through September 3rd.
