| This permit allows you to park one vehicle in the parking facility at your sole risk. Ampco System Parking does not agree to safeguard your vehicle or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents. Ampco System Parking is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to your vehicle or its contents. Only a license to park is granted hereby, and no bailment is created. In the event that a lawsuit is filed for any casualty to your vehicle or its contents, you agree to defend and indemnify Ampco System Parking for any other type of loss including reasonable attorney fees. This is your entire contract and no Ampco System Parking employee may modify or waive any of its items. |

| 1. Monthly parking fees are due on the first of every month. If not paid by the fifth business day of the month, parking privileges are subject to cancellation. Resident parking fees should be included with apartment rental payment to the Lund Company. |

|
| 2. Monthly parking permits are non-transferable. Use of a hang-tag, keycard or other access device by other than the designated user may result in cancellation of monthly parking privileges. |

|
|
| 3. Ampco System Parking reserves the right to confiscate all non-valid or non-renewed permits and/or keycards. |
|
|
|
| 4. Keycard holders should not take tickets from ticket machine. If you have forgotten your keycard, please notify the parking attendant. If you have taken a ticket to gain entrance, please submit the ticket at the exit. Your cooperation is appreciated. |

|
| 5. Monthly permit holders assigned an area must park in the designated area. |
|
|
|
| 6. Customer agrees to report any damage caused by customer's vehicle and agrees to follow instructions of garage staff and posted signage. |

|
|
| 7. Unless specified otherwise, parking privileges are cancelable by either Ampco or Customer with 30 days written notice. Customer must provide a 30 day written notice to cancel. |
|
|
|
| 8. Replacement charge for access cards is $15. |
|
|
|
| 9. Do not leave valuables such as cell phones or other items in your vehicle. Always lock your vehicle each time you park. |
|
|
|
| 10. No car maintenance can be performed in the parking area including oil changes. |
|
|
|
| 11. No storage of vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, etc., operable or inoperable will be allowed. |
