Omaha, Neb. – Midtown Crossing, Omaha’s unprecedented urban development, is launching its free event shuttle this evening, a convenient way to kick off the long holiday weekend.

The shuttle will operate from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. today, tomorrow and every Friday and Saturday thereafter. The shuttle will also run on Thursday evenings (5 p.m. to 10 p.m.) during Jazz on the Green concerts which begin July 8th in Turner Park.
The event shuttle route includes the following pick-up/drop-off locations:
• Midtown Crossing at Turner Park:, 200 S. 31st Ave. (west side of Turner Park loop) (During Jazz on the Green, alternate stop will be on the corner of 31st Ave. and Farnam)
• Holland Performing Arts Center, 1200 Douglas St.
• North Downtown/Stadium (Holiday Inn), 1420 Cuming St.
• Qwest Center (Hilton Omaha), 1001 Cass St.
• Old Market (Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce), 1301 Harney St.
The shuttle will run a continuous loop every 30 minutes.

No fighting for a space, no paying expensive parking fees.”
Midtown Crossing at Turner Park is urban living redefined, a 15-acre, mixed-use urban development in the heart of Omaha’s historic Midtown neighborhood. Midtown Crossing offers convenient and secure parking for more than 3,000 vehicles. Two parking garages are easily accessible from 33rd, Farnam and Harney Streets. In both garages, the first three hours are free, and visitors pay only $1 for each hour thereafter (with a daily maximum fee of $6). Short-term (max. 2 hours) metered parking is available on Farnam Street and within Turner Park, accessible from 31st Avenue.
